Maroon Ohanian

Maroon Ohanian, Chief Executive Officer

Maroon joined the Company in October 2024. Having most recently completed a 15-year tenure with the nation’s leading industrial rigging company, Maroon has significant experience serving the data center industry and other mission-critical end markets. This has given him a keen appreciation for the needs of the customers Mid-Atlantic Power is proud to serve. Over his 30+ year career, Maroon has developed a track record of applying his entrepreneurial skills to build industry leaders in a variety of services sectors. Maroon has led businesses at both a regional and national level through various chapters of growth. He is passionate about implementing best-in-class business practices and building great organizations.

Andrew Kuhlman

Andrew Kuhlman, President

Andrew joined the Company in 2000. He manages all operational aspects of the Company, including the estimating, safety and project management functions. Andrew has extensive experience in managing the provision of electrical services to the data center industry as it has evolved. Andrew began his career with MAPS as a member of the Company’s field staff and ascended the ranks through his technical expertise and leadership ability. Andrew’s field experience and unwavering dedication to quality has helped solidify the Company’s reputation as the premier provider of specialty electrical services.

Howard Fowler

Howard Fowler, Chief Financial Officer

Howard joined the Company in October 2024 and manages the support functions, including finance, accounting, risk management and information technology. He has been a CFO for more than 20 years in a variety of industries, including aviation services, truck driver staffing, industrial rigging and HVAC/mechanical contracting. Howard is a business-minded finance leader and has deep experience empowering organizations who serve mission-critical end markets. Howard has a graduate degree in accounting and is a CPA.
David Blake

David Blake, Vice President of Operations

David joined the Company in 2005. He manages all aspects of service delivery, including scheduling, estimating and employee development. David has been deeply involved in providing mission-critical services to some of the world’s foremost data center operators. David’s commitment to partnering with customers to understand their needs and execute on their vision has furthered Mid-Atlantic Power’s mission to be the provider of choice for specialty electrical services. David is a Master Electrician.

Eric Wilborne, Vice President of Sales

Eric is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of industry experience. Focusing on the mission critical space, he has successfully led complex data center initiatives spanning conceptual design, construction, deployment, and ongoing management. Known for operating at the forefront of construction, project planning, and information technology, Eric drives innovation at every stage of the data center lifecycle. His leadership has fueled sustained growth and long-term customer partnerships through creative, resilient, and future-ready data center solutions.

Stephen Brown, Vice President of Business Development

Stephen joined the company in April 2025 and manages business development efforts. He brings to the company over twelve years of success in the data center industry, consistently driving revenue growth and achieving objectives while expanding market share in roles ranging from sales and business development leader to individual contributor. He is laser-focused on building positive client relationships, always listening to understand, then aligning solutions to the client’s business and operational needs.

Craig Lawther, Vice President of Safety

Craig Lawther is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Slippery Rock University graduate with more than 19 years of experience leading safety programs across complex construction, mission‑critical, industrial, aviation, and government projects. He has held senior safety leadership roles with general contractors and specialty contractors, including serving as Safety Manager, Senior Safety Manager, Business Unit Safety Manager, and Director of Safety.

He brings a hands‑on, collaborative approach to safety leadership, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, accountability, and education at every level of an organization.
